Gardening

Well, we have a limited space for a garden and since we rent we have even more restrictions, but we have managed a few additions to our home. The first is my tomato plant. We only have room for one cherry tomato plant, but it seems to be doing well so far. We had to build a cage for it because they have never heard of a tomato cage over here, and I just don't believe you can tie it to a stick in the ground as the Germans claim. Here it is...

and we even have a few cherry tomatoes coming in!

Then Brian's endeavor was to get the Bavarian look to our house by adding these Geraniums in boxes that hang from our windows. I am usually not able to keep plants alive in containers, but here in Germany I have had much better luck. All the rain helps! The first picture isn't very good, but the second one is clearer. The top "window" is the guest room and the middle one is Hannah's.

This is our bedroom "window" or glass doors that go no where, whatever you want to call them.

Brian also put in some more flowers and such that just haven't taken off yet. He also planted Sunflower seeds all along the outside of the fence to give us some privacy and a prettier view since we have a small empty lot right next to us. Those are still super tiny so far.
