My sister and brother-in-law (and in-utero nephew) are visiting right now and so we had a pre-birthday celebration for Genna with my uncle and one of my cousins. Genna opened gifts from family there. On the way home, I asked her what her favorite present was. She said, "Love." I asked her what she meant and she explained that all of her presents were so amazing that no one gift was better than the rest, but the gift of love from her family was better than all the gifts she got to open. I can't tell you how much this girl teaches me everyday. That a 6 year old could come up with that just amazes and humbles me. She brings the whole family and everyone she meets so much love. I guess we all get to share in her best birthday gift.
