This is a regular thing for me to witness lately. I taught Hannah how to open the back door by using her hip, and so Genna has been practicing this too. It just cracks me up to watch her try to do it! She seems so serious and calculating, but does not typically use enough power to get it done. She has done it, but usually this is how it goes...
I hope it gave you a good laugh too!
Another quick funny story about Genna that happened at dinner tonight when she decided that she no longer wanted to grow up to be a balloon (this has been what she says lately, don't know where she came up with it.) She says, "Mom, I don't want to be a balloon anymore. I want to be a cake!" I ask why she doesn't want to be a balloon anymore, just half listening at this point. She responds, "Because I don't want to pop." Smiling, I tell her that makes sense, and Hannah chimes in, "But then you'll be eaten! People eat cakes!" Genna replies that she would enjoy be eaten, but not popping. What a weirdo! Clever thinking though...I guess.

I love how she moves away from it towards the end to kinda get a...running start. :) definitely made me laugh!
