Well, our Drew Bear is not ready to come out just yet. He kind of got my hopes up last night when my contractions got to be around 4 minutes apart for an hour or so, but then they spread out to a half hour, and I went to bed. Today they have been irregular, less painful, and much more infrequent, but I did have another sign that my body is getting ready for labor so that is promising. Of course, none of these signs mean that labor will begin at any particular time. Hannah is a planner like me, and it is killing her that I don't have a real date to put on her calendar for when her baby brother will arrive. She, like me, is using the induction date as an aid to muddle through without any other date to be able to put on the calendar now that my due date has come and gone.
Isaac is wearing his "I'm the Little Brother" shirt while it is still fully applicable.
I had planned to relax today, but got busy doing more of my "to do" list once I got up and going. I did laundry with the help of my super sweet, almost 7 year old. Hannah is a doll when it comes to helping around the house. Then this evening we went to a BBQ at our neighbors house. It was a good distraction.
